Non-Returnable Items
All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Size or style mismatch (details are provided in product descriptions)
- Delayed delivery caused by logistics providers
- Incorrect shipping address or contact information entered at checkout
Eligible Cases for Return Consideration
Returns or replacements will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
- The product was damaged or broken upon delivery
- The order was incomplete or incorrect (wrong item shipped)
In such cases, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, along with visual proof (photos or unboxing video).

- Provide a brief description of the problem
⚠️ Requests submitted after the 48-hour window will not be eligible for review.
Final Review
- Once your request is received, our team will inspect and verify the issue.
- If approved, a replacement or refund will be processed at our discretion.
- All decisions made by Kalaverse regarding returns and refunds will be considered final.
