At Kalaverse, we are committed to delivering curated wall frames, stone slates, and décor pieces with the utmost care. Due to the handcrafted and delicate nature of our products, we follow a strict no-refund policy except in very specific and valid scenarios.


Non-Refundable Products

All products purchased from kalaverse.com are non-refundable once delivered. We do not issue refunds in cases such as:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Style, design, or size preferences
  • Delivery delays caused by courier/logistics providers
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

Exceptions Eligible for Refund

Refunds may be considered only in the following rare cases:

  • The product was damaged or broken during transit

  • The product was tampered with or defective on arrival

Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be:

  • Processed within 7 business days
  • Reflected in your account depending on your bank or payment gateway timelines
